Request equipment and supplies via this survey. If you would like supplies that are not “standard” (i.e. already housed in our school), you should provide information from ShopDOE. Directions for ordering from ShopDOE:
Purchasing Items through SHOPDOE.NET
- Log on to www.shopdoe.net using your DOE Outlook email address and password.
- Search for various items and add them to your shopping cart.
- Make sure you update the cart to include the correct quantity of each item.
- When your cart is complete go to the very bottom of the shopping cart page and hit the blue button that says “Checkout.”
- You will see a new page with your information- name, email address and school phone number followed by the shipping address.
- If this is your first time using this function put in “X396” in the search field and select PS 396 at 1930 Andrews Ave. Bronx, NY 10453.
- Then click the button that says “Save my information” so the next time you do this the school address will automatically pop up.
- Now scroll to the very bottom and hit the blue button that says “Continue Checkout.”
- You will see a new page that will allow you to review the order and edit items if needed.
- If all looks good scroll again to the very button and hit the blue button that says “Finalize Order Request.”
- All order requests are sent directly to the principal for review, edit and approval or disapproval. Once you send a request please send a follow-up email to Ms. Tiné alert her that you have sent an order request.
